Collaboration and Development-Oriented Approach
Asociación THEMIS aims to increase its capacity by developing collaborations with experienced partners within the framework of programs such as Erasmus+ and to carry out more comprehensive activities for young people. In this process, experiences are shared with organizations with similar values and preparations are underway for future international projects.
Our Activities
Gender Equality Workshops
We regularly organize interactive workshops with young people on topics such as gender roles, women's rights, equal opportunities and combating social stereotypes. These workshops help young people develop their critical thinking skills and gain equality-based perspectives.
Anti-Discrimination Campaigns
These campaigns, which aim to raise awareness against discrimination in race, ethnicity, disability and other areas, reach large audiences through social media, local events and street activities.
International Youth Day and Special Day Events
On days such as International Youth Day and the Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, we organize events with young people to encourage youth participation in human rights, diversity and solidarity.
Digital Inclusion Campaigns
We run online campaigns aimed at increasing young people's awareness of inclusivity, tolerance and equality through social media and digital platforms. Creative and effective visibility is provided in the digital arena with content prepared by young people.
Youth Empowerment and Active Participation
THEMIS acts with the mission of not only informing young people, but also empowering them and activating them in change-making processes. For this reason, youth work is carried out on the basis of a sustainable and impact-oriented approach based on participatory methods.

Mina Benhaimoud – President of Asociación THEMIS
Mina Benhaimoud leads the organization with vision and dedication. She has longstanding experience in civil society and youth empowerment, with particular interest in intercultural dialogue, equal participation, and community development.
Isaac David Benhaimoud Razin – Contact Person
Isaac has experience in international cooperation and European youth projects, and he maintains strong organizational skills that ensure smooth collaboration between partners.
Project Coordinator and Communication Expert
Specializing in digital communication and youth engagement, this member works on social media, creative campaigns, and online activism.
